• Dust all accessible surfaces (including ceiling fans / AC vents)

• Vacuum and mop all floors (apply carpet / linen deodoriser)

• Mirrors cleaned and polished (anti-fog applied to bathroom mirrors)

• Empty garbage bins (insert new scented garbage bags) (take bins out / bring bins in on bin day)

• Spray air freshener / fabric spray​

 

Kitchen

 

• Clean and sanitise benchtop and splash back

• Clean and sanitise stovetop and oven front

• Polish taps and sink (add drain cleaner on occasion / remove hair etc. from drains)

• Clean exterior of appliances

• Clean interior of appliances (toaster / coffee machine / microwave)

•  Clean and sanitise exterior of cabinets and pantry

• Clean interior of fridge (remove old items and re-stock if necessary – AirBnB services)

•  Clean interior of cabinets and pantry (organise / re-organisation if necessary)

• Clean inside oven including trays

• Unpack – pack dishwasher / clean and put away dishes

•  Clean rangehood

• Living Areas and Bedrooms

• Dust furniture (bedheads, side tables, chairs) (polish specified items with wood polish / marble polish)

• Dust electronic devices (such as TV, home office etc.)

• Tidy / Make Beds (apply new linen if required / laundry service (internal or outsourced if required))

• Detail door handles

• Apply carpet / linen deodoriser if necessary

• Clean light switches and power points

• Cobweb removal

• Dust and wipe skirting boards

• Wipe door exterior and frames

• Clean light fittings (where accessible)

• Wardrobe, cabinet and draws interior cleaned (Organise / reorganisation if required.)

• Full Interior wall cleaning / Interior wall spot cleaning
